For those buying cards for a Pokémon fan, all things labeled as “decks” contain exactly 60 cards, usually inclusive of the shiny card on the front of the container. You can look up what cards they contain online by deck name! If you’re looking for more variety, get booster packs!!

Pokemon fan enjoys this as a game - not card collection
When you realize that this deck is used to play the Pokemon card game with, it is exactly as described. This is not a deck to use for someone who is collecting cards to trade with friends as there are multiple energy cards and doubles of some characters. This is needed to play the card game. My son enjoys it.
