No more sweaty back in the summer
I live in a sub-tropical climate. It's hot, it's sticky, it's miserable in the car when it's been parked in the sun.....because for some reason the acres of asphalt parking lots that are so popular in our car-centric US never have any shade.You can have a great working air-conditioner, but your back will still be really hot because the seat back is hot. Not anymore! With a bit of adjusting, this gives great comfortable back support with the added benefit of air circulation behind your lower back.It seems to be good quality, but if for some reason it wears out or falls apart, I'm buying another one. Totally worth the money.

Functionality
Not quite what I expected but will keep them. It is comfortable but my biggest problem is keeping it in place.

Useful lumbar support
I currently use this in my 30yr old truck. Stays relatively in place, slips down some between the seat as I wiggle around in the driver seat. I enjoy this lumbar support over the cushion/foam models because it's sturdy breathable mesh. My back isn't getting all sweaty and helps with air flow.

Lumbar support for car
I got it because my seat is so uncomfortable. This helps but does not completely solve the problem.

Light weight and good lumbar support
Installing on a steno chair takes a bit of effort. In my suv only the elastic horizontal band could be used to secure to the driver's seat
