This is a cute extended doll family that will happily inhabit any dolls house or playroom. For £14.59 at time of review, you get 2 x grandparents, 2 x parents, 2 x children, 2 x babies, and 2 x dogs. It should be noted that the dogs are moulded plastic and don’t really fit with the rest of the set. The dolls themselves are the traditional wooden and pipe cleaner type ones and feel very sturdy and well made, with nice bright clothes, appealing simple faces and yarn hair. The “adult” dolls stand just under 4in tall and the babies between 2-3in. You can shape the limbs and they are strong enough to stay in place or stand up. Should appeal to children and nostalgic adults alike.

Brilliant family set. Grandparents, parents, two children and two babies. Plus two little dogs. Limbs on thw dolls (apart from the babies) are flexible and able to bend to hold the baby for example. At the same time the dolls can stand fine as well. Parts are made of wood. Little dogs are made completely out of plastic which is weird as it doesnt fit with the rest of the theme. I would like them to be little bit bigger too. Just worrying about child putting them into mouth. The rest of the dolls are brilliant.

This is a good set of doll's house figures, depicting a traditional family of two grandparents, two parents, four children and two dogs. Although the grandparents are definitely male and female, the parents could be either male and female or both female. The children are two of each gender.The arms and legs of the figures are flexible, with bodies, arms, legs and heads made from solid wood. The clothes are nice and colourful but aren't removable. The two small dogs are made of solid plasticHowever, the safety of the figures is a concern for two reasons. Firstly the dogs and babies are small enough to be swallowed by a baby or toddler, so I wouldn't recommend this set for any child under three. Secondly the product arrived in a plain cellophane bag, with a small sticker with a CE mark, but no supplier details. Therefore I'm not able to give more than three stars for this.

I like the size of these wooden dolls/toys. Just the right size for a dolls house.Well designed and well dressed dolls that looks like a nice family. Also includes 2 pets.For just under £15 they are a great price and a great addition for any dolls houses.Gets 5-5. Would definatly buy again. Kids love them.

The family of wooden mini dolls looks really cool and reminds me of the olden days when we had rag dolls or wooden dools. These dolls are made of pieces of wood and some sticks glued to the feet and arms and to the main body. I had to check this out :) The babies have only head made of wood. The remaining parts of the body are made of stuffed material.The dolls can stay by themselves. Maybe not that perfectly, but on straight surface they stay upright. The pets are made of hard plastic.I like these dolls, they look really cute and vintage.The price of £15.59 feels reasonable.Can recommend these.
