EXTREME Dual ARGININE Plus with Vitamin B Complex - Boost up Energy & Vitality for Men's Sports Performance (1,000mg x 120 Tablets, 2 Months Supply)

Had just finished this 30 day bottle of Dual ARGININE Plus supplement from the EXTREME Store and happy to recommend this for improved sports performance. I finished a couple of marathons over the last 2 weeks and this has helped well doing the training season with stamina and recovery. The pills are easy to swallow with a gulp of water. No negative side effects noted. I do not know much about Bioperine and can't comment on it. No sure why it claims to have 0 trans fat, 0 fat and 0 cholesterol - I don't know why it would have any to begin with. Note that this is made in Korea.

I can taste........the black pepper.Okay, you won't have to taste it if you take these and swallow immediately.For this review, part of my process is "does it have a taste or smell when I put them in my mouth to swallow".So I left these in my mouth for several seconds and then yes, could taste the black pepper.These are different from the majority of Arginine supplements that I've taken in that they are CAPLETS, not clear veggie type capsules with powder in them.They are on the larger side of medium sized, but I find easy to swallow.I've been taking 1800mg of Arginine for many years; two of these provides 1000mg, so for me, three (per day) will come close to that.As I've been using arginine for so many years, I cannot at this time, detect a difference in performance using this brand versus the others I've used.If that changes over the course of using this bottle, I'll update this review with that info.4 stars based on *perceived* quality of ingredients.I hope this review has been helpful and enables you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

...Not for the reasons you'd think! I started taking this a few days ago and have already seen a noticeable increase in my energy. To the point that my productivity with tasks around the house has been greatly increased. Now I'm normally pretty productive; I work full time and I'm away from the house usually 6:30 til about 6, come home, make dinner, clean something up maybe, and try to relax some. Currently she's at home with our 2 month old and I take our toddler to daycare and pick him up. I also typically wrangle him so she can be with the baby. The past few days I've been even more productive after work though and during the day; getting more done and taking some of the day-to-day tasks off her shoulders. It can be overwhelming trying to keep up with the house when you have a newborn that won't let you put him down so I'm sure she appreciates anything; but with this I've been able to knock out full cleaning/organization of the kitchen, living room, and start working on some small projects I've put off for too long!Definitely gonna get this again!

A black pepper taste when keeping these caplets in my mouth for a moment, though you won't need to endure the taste if you simply swallow them immediately. These caplets are different from the typical Arginine supplements, as they come in the form of caplets rather than the clear veggie capsules with powder inside. While they are on the larger side of medium-sized, they are quite easy to swallow.Having taken 1800mg of Arginine for many years, two of these caplets provide 1000mg, which is close to what I usually take. As I've used Arginine for an extended period, I haven't yet detected any noticeable difference in performance compared to the other brands I've used. However, I'll update this review if that changes during the course of using this bottle.

I'm not new to L-Arginine and it's affect on people, because i have taken many other products with it for many years so I know what it is capable of. With that said this has to be one of the better, if not the best one I've taken yet. In the past I was still young and full of energy anyways so its affect just increased that, but now that I'm 43 and lacking energy, fatigue easily, and just feel drained often, this has put me back in the days of feeling good again. The energy I get with this is nothing short of amazing! This has really changed things in my life for the better 👍 this is a game changer for real 🙌 highly recommended 👌 you won't regret it!!!

I use these for energy and to increase workout performance. L- arginine is needed to make nitric oxide for increased blood flow. These increased my energy, vascularity, and muscle pump. They slightly increased my strength and recovery times, but not a substantial amount. These also provide heart health support. They have a high dosage of L-arginine at 1000mg per two tablet serving. The added B-vitamins are a great addition to help energy. I found these were easily absorbed and excellent quality. The tablets are semi large, so take with plenty of water. They caused me no stomach discomfort. The bottle contains 60 servings and lasts two months. It's a good deal for the dosage, quality, and amount.

As an older athlete now, I decided to give these a try. I absolutely get a boost of energy! Helps to push my workouts, activities harder and longer.

I ordered this for my boyfriend for post workout recovery. The pills are not large, easy to swallow. 30 day supply which goes fast. He felt as if he felt less sore the days after his workouts. He is happy with the results so far.
