*5/5 Stars*I'm absolutely thrilled with my EMX+ from Emotorad! I've been riding it for a few weeks now, and it's been a game-changer for my bike rides. The bike's powerful 250W motor and 36V battery provide a smooth and effortless ride, even on hilly terrain. The range is impressive, and I've been able to go up to 60 km on a single charge. I have recently taken it on one of the toughest terrains containing mud, gravel, rocks and sand and the Grippy Kenda Tires worked flawlessly .The EMX+ is also incredibly comfortable, with a sturdy frame and suspension that absorbs bumps and potholes. The brakes are responsive, and the gears shift seamlessly. I've received countless compliments on the bike's sleek design and stylish looks.Overall, I'm thoroughly enjoying my EMX+ and would highly recommend Emotorad to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and fun e-bike experience. I needed a bicycle to travel city distances but did not want to buy a two wheeler. Initially thought of a foldable bicycle but this model seemed most fitting for my needs.The unboxing is a little daunting and when inspite of correct fitting the battery didn't work I had a huge anxiety based on my previous bad experience of an electric bike 5 years ago. The video call support didn't help initially and there was some miscommunication due to which I got house visit a couple days late.After resolving the issue and using the cycle I started feeling condident.The cycle felt smooth and have been on a 50 km pedal assist in heavy rains.Feels good to move in heavy traffic.Will update the review once I use it further for long distance regular usage.Have used 100+km so far.I would suggest to bring the price a few thousands lower.

The media could not be loaded. It's really a great experience with the new upgraded design. It's still lightweight for daily driving purpose. I use EMX+ in Mumbai for traveling from my flat to office which consists of potholes and slowly areas. Suspension works great for bad road conditions. It's built with durable metal alloys. I bought this for city riding and it has been a really great experience so far. (100+ km)I did see some reviews with issues and I was a little reserved while purchasing it but I'm happy to say that I have not faced any issues with the bike till now.I bought it and charged it to 100% and I rode for 75km (mostly in pedal assist mode) before I had to recharge it again. This also includes 10-15km I rode on it without any electric support so even then 60km of range in pedal assist is great!The bike came with all the required accessories except a lock which I bought. I also bought a helmetIt can easily cruise at 25kmph which has been electronically limited because of vehicles laws. The motor is powerful but it does struggle when we use fully electric mode at a steep incline but it only needs a small help from the rider to overcome that.Basically I just use the highest gear and put the pedal assist at 5 to just cruise through Kochi and I can reach places just as fast as I do with my motorcycle.The bike was packed really well and I assembled it myself. It was easy.Headlight is really brightBrakes are a bit wobbly but it's fineSeat is comfortableShock absorbers work well on Kerala roadsFrame and paint job is greatAbove all, cops don't careSuggestions:The pedal assist levels set the maximum speed, it should actually set the maximum current. I think this can be done in software (manual firmware update perhaps)The back led light is not connected to the main batteryIt would have been nice to include an instruction manual in the box.

Totally unsatisfied with the service provided by the head office guys, they take ages to give a single reply for the query, would rather to change my perspective from the brand, even i don't know why Mr. Dhoni agreed to work with them to down his credibility.DON'T TRUST THE "Emotorad".
