well.. unfortunately i misunderstood the original intention for this product, I thought the directions said to put the bag/product inside the rectum for 4-5 minutes. i did this for a few days a few times a day and it was my wife who read the box and told me i was meant to drink it as tea. well as embarrassing as it was at least my wife agreed not to make fun of the situation and let our adult children know. so off i started infusing it with hot water instead of infusing it with... you know. the strange thing is i thought it was working, effectively.since taking this orally i havent noticed much weight loss or stool softening, maybe my way worked better? but there was a strange sensation for an hour or two after each application with my method. im going to ask a question to seller about its use internally

These teabags are excellent. Thoroughly detox and help with weight loss. You get used to the taste after a while. I 100% recommend them to anyone especially suffering from constipation although only advise to take them as and when as I imagine the bowel may become reliant on the stimulation.

Works as expected, i've used the same type of tea from a different company and its the same results. Can make you feel a bit worn out, would recommend drinking plenty of water.Tip: add fresh lemon juice for a better taste
