Easy to cut, if necessary.
As you can see in the pictures. . . . These are very flexible screens. Very thin and lightweight, but they work well. If, like me, you have a dehydrator which has the fan in the middle. . . It’s very easy to cut a hole in the center of the screen. I also use these screens in fermenting peppers. I simply cut a circle out of the screen to fit the jar size that I’m using. Hand-wash only. Overall I’m very happy.

Work perfectly for drying herbs
I bought these for my dehydrator which has a center column, to which I needed to manually cut them to fit. Once cut they worked perfectly to dry some herbs before the end of the growing season.

Did not cut the middle hole and works well
I got these for the Nesco round dehydrator and they fit perfect. Maybe 1/8th an inch between the edge of this mat and the plastic tray edge. I did not cut out the hole in the middle where the trays stack and they are easy to pick up and dump the stuff off when done.

These work very well ...
... in my dehydrator. So much nicer than the ones I cut out of plastic mesh, with their sharp edges and points. They roll up nicely, too, when I don't just leave them on the trays.
