Order at least a size up as these are on the small side. I always order size medium when buying shorts, but with these I ordered size large and they only just fit. I use these for gym training only, but if you're going to buy these for MMA, choose your size wisely because there is barely any room for a groin guard, and a knee or kick to the nether region often offends. Quality wise, these are pretty average for the price.

Good looking quality shorts at a bargain price and they feel great too. I'm a 28" waist and but ordered a medium thinking a small might have been too restrictive. These are true to size and a small would have been perfect for me but I'm happy to upgrade on my leg workout...
