Small is too small !
Having a 30" waist, the size guide suggested I should order a small size. On arrival I discovered that the groin guard cup itself is also sized. I think if I was still ten or eleven I may have been ok, but as a forty something adult there is absolutely no way I could get my trouser fruits safely inside this! Aside from that, cheap and cheerful, but not useable for me.
