Not a hidden zipped pocket no, just the one you can see on the photo. Not sure about 15kg tbh

Q: Is this an okay size for TUI, Virgin and British Airways?

It's certainly OK for Ryanair. All the other flight operators are more generous so I'm sure it's fine for them. It's a good backpack

The one I have is marketed as an Easyjet carry on and measures 45h, 36w, 20d. I used it on my Jet2 flight and it fitted, beautifully, under the seat. I notice that they have 2 different sizes, but if you want the smaller then I can say that the largest thing I had in mine was my laptop and that is 38 cm. As there is no frame, it will easily squash down if Ryannair make you put it in the measuring chamber. Hope this helps

Q: will this fit for TUI long haul under seat?

The answer is unclear TUI state hand luggage to be 55. 40. 20cm which is expected to fit in the overhead compartment. It also states you can carry on a small bag Laptop etc but only states it should be small enough to fit under the seat, it does not state size. Not sure if this helps but at 40. 25 20 is is pretty small.
