I’m really happy with this couch. Mine arrived in perfect condition with all the necessary parts included. I was able to assemble the couch in less than half an hour. It’s clean modern styling goes perfectly in my room. The couch is comfortable, well crafted and attractive.

Feels solid. Looks good.The instructions weren't great, but it's quick and easy to assemble if you've put this sort of thing together before. I didn't run into the alignment issues others mentioned - maybe they were tightening each bolt right away? You need to put all the bolts in loosely before tightening any of them. The stickers on mine weren't as bad a color match as some others, but I found it actually looks fine without them.My only gripe is that it has little lower back support, but a throw pillow solved that.

What better way to celebrate one of your kids moving out on their own? Creating a guest room of course. I had a vision for what I’d like the room to be and this chair was perfect. I know buying furniture online can be scary and sometimes a risk that’s not worth it, but this purchase has been great, it was easy to put together, it’s comfortable and of course fits perfect in the space. It was easy to match with other items in the room based on descriptions from the company. I love it!

We purchased this chair as a side chair for our home office. It arrived safely and was packed correctly, with no missing pieces. Putting it together was easy for the most part. For instance, the seat cushion bottom was cleverly designed with velcro to adhere the fabric to the seat frame, allowing easy removal of the fabric to access the bolt holes for attaching the seat bottom to the chair back. That was a nice, unexpected touch!I did have a problem keeping the barrel nut aligned with the bolt to attach the cross brace to each wooden side assembly. The barrel nut would shift whenever I tried to screw the bolt into it. However, I discovered that I could use a piece of Plasti-Tak to stabilize the barrel nut while screwing the bolt. (Modeling clay would have worked, too.) Once I figured that out, the rest of the assembly was straightforward. After tightening all the bolts, I was pleased that the chair was very sturdy, attractive, and comfortable.I would recommend this product to anyone seeking a sturdy and comfortable side chair.

The media could not be loaded. Like others have expressed, this is an awful chair. After carefully putting it together, you identify two things, the material is awful! The second is that there is no cushioning! The back is completely missing padding and has collapsed (see video and the seat cushions again has not strength whatsoever! The quality is extremely poor. Bad paint job too, missing in some places and excess in others. Like the saying says, you get what you pay for, lesson learnt. So frustrated with it. It's going back.

I needed some chairs for the waiting room in my new office and really liked the style of these, but in person they look pretty cheap.Assembly was easy and straightforward. The chairs themselves look nice from a distance. My biggest complaint about appearance is that they include these wood grain stickers to cover up the screw holes, but the stickers don't really match the color or grain of the chair legs, which really accentuates the cheap appearance.The chairs themselves are okay. They sit pretty low to the ground. They're not uncomfortable, but I wouldn't want to sit in one for too long. The cushion is firm, yet at the same time feels like it's stuffed with newspaper and makes a crinkling sound whenever you sit in it, get out of it, or otherwise adjust yourself while seated.All in all, if I had it to do again, I'd pick a different chair, but I'll use these for now until I can find better replacements.

This is a great looking chair, but it was almost impossible to assemble. This must have happened to someone else before with this chair, because it was definitely opened and put back in its original package. I would have liked to know that this item was returned by someone else. I don't think it was used, just that the previous buyer could not assemble it. For the seller: please inform your customers about pre-opened packages and the reason for the return by the previous buyer. Thank you!

My fiancée built these chairs for our living room and he mentioned they were quite difficult to put together. Regardless, he built 2 in one night. They look great in our living room. I do wish there was slightly more padding in the low back portion of the chair, but this was easily fixed with a pillow that I had already planned on putting there. The wood looks great and they feel sturdy when you sit in them. They are wider than a dining room chair which I enjoy so guests of all sizes can feel comfortable in the chair when they come over. Overall, some work put in at the beginning, but worth it for the price and the look!

This chair is perfect for me as I’m not tall so the makeup is just the right size. Following the instructions in putting them together I couldn’t get to work but my brother-in-law has no problem. He didn’t follow the instructions.Anyway I’m happy with the final outcome.
