These are my guilty pleasure. The variety case is a good way to buy them, because I genuinely like every flavour in the box rather than picking out the favourites and leaving the rest. They are sweet enough to see off a craving, but being fruit and nuts rather than a chocolate bar, I do not feel as bad about reaching for one. If you want a healthier snack to keep in the cupboard or take to work, these are well worth trying. Highly recommended.

Its a great way to buy these bars and make them affordable. I put them out in the office for all to try and many colleagues how have their favourite flavours. They are tasty and filling without any unwanted additives or junk in them.

A lot of different bars, which can be useful for on the go and daily snacks to hit sugar cravings as opposed to eating junk. The flavour variety is really impressive and there weren't too many duplicates. One thing to mention is that these are dates and not chocolate, if you're not a date fan it might not be the best. Very healthy bars and natural ingredients, the protein bars are really good too. The peanut, cashew and chocolate hazelnut flavours are really good.

This a heath bar, so can’t compare to a fattening choc bar. That being said, I love them.

Great value package. Very impressed. Wonderful flavours. Very tasty. I tend to have a bite when I’m craving something sweet and then rewrap and put it back in the cupboard. Have eaten a whole one occasionally and found them almost as good a chocolate 🥰

PROS: Lista de ingredientes limpia: Es raro encontrar algo tan "real" en el pasillo de snacks. Básicamente son dátiles, frutos secos y un toque de fruta o cacao. Cero edulcorantes, cero conservantes. Saciantes: A diferencia de las barritas de cereales inflados (que son puro aire y azúcar), las Nakd son densas. Un niño queda satisfecho con una barrita porque tiene fibra y grasas saludables de los frutos secos. Ideales para alérgicos: Al no tener gluten, ni lactosa, ni soja (en la mayoría de variedades), son un salvavidas para llevar a cumpleaños o eventos donde no sabes qué opciones habrá para niños con restricciones alimentarias. Sin "subidón" de azúcar: Al provenir de la fruta entera, el azúcar se absorbe más lentamente que el azúcar refinado, evitando que los niños se pongan hiperactivos tras comerlas. CONTRAS: Textura densa: No esperes el crujido de un cereale inflado. Tienen una consistencia más parecida a una masa compacta (debido al dátil). A algunos niños les cuesta acostumbrarse al principio si están muy acostumbrados a snacks industriales muy crujientes. Sensibilidad al calor: En verano, si se quedan mucho tiempo al sol dentro de la mochila, pueden ponerse un poco "pegajosas" debido a la naturaleza del dátil. Mi experiencia real con las barritas Nakd: Las incluyo en la dieta familiar desde hace tiempo. Lo que más me gusta es que no son "polvo prensado", realmente se nota el sabor de los ingredientes. Un consejo clave: la transición. Si tus hijos están acostumbrados a barritas comerciales muy dulces y crujientes, dales primero las variedades que llevan cacao . Su sabor es muy parecido a un brownie, lo que hace la transición a un snack saludable mucho más fácil y aceptada. Consejos para el uso diario: No son un sustituto del desayuno: Son un snack excelente, pero recuerda que un desayuno equilibrado requiere proteína, lácteo o fruta fresca. Úsalas como complemento o "tentempié de emergencia". Cuidado con las piezas pequeñas: Aunque los ingredientes están triturados, si el niño es muy pequeño, asegúrate siempre de que las mastique bien. El truco de la frescura: Si ves que en verano se pegan un poco al envoltorio, mételas en la nevera 30 minutos antes de dárselas. Se vuelven más firmes y se comen mucho mejor.

Des barres qui sont très bonnes. Un peu trop sucré. Mais c'est le but en même temps. Énergétique. Après le sport ou si on a un coup de barre en fin de journée. Les goûts sont agréables

Sempre contenta di queste barrette. Non dolci al gusto, facilmente digeribili e danno energia costante nel tempo. Sempre con me nelle attività sportive di lunga durata.
