I bought two… unfortunately now it won’t charged.Dont waste your money for this Made in China Crap… i do not recommend this battery. This product is very overpriced than actual quality.It stresses me out a lot…..After I wrote this review, Customer Service team reached to me. They provided greasy customer service. They really tried to solve the customer’s issues. Then, I would say I will keep open my wallets for this company’s products.Remember, Their Refrigerators are Amazing. I am having great times with their refrigerators but not just a battery. We will see what is going on the new replacements.

With new battery from customer service, it works perfect, no difference with new product. CS was nice, fast, and reliable. They reply really fast to my email more than I expected, and battery shipped faster than my expectation.If you want to go to any outdoor activity without bugging from ice pack, use this rugged and cool refrigerator.I delete my previous review, because CS completely clear my concern. I bought 2 batteries for my cooler. One battery works good the other one doesn't charge at all, I live outside the U.S. so is hard for me to return the Item. I contacted the seller and they inmediatle made a Refund for the battery that didn't work because they could not send me a new one were I live. I give 5 stars because the service after sale and seriousness of the seller is more important than the product itself. On my next trip to the USA I will definitely buy another battery from this Seller.

Received a battery that I couldn’t get to charge. Customer service promptly resolved this and issued a replacement.

This is the best small refrigerator cooler i have ever gotten most definitely recommended. im in love with it 👌..I have had no issues with my product nor the battery in fact I will purchase some more battery's in the future!..thank you can't be more happier with the cooler.

I bought both batteries for the fridge unit for a weekend trip. Epic fail. Batteries lasted ok but the unit needed to be lowed to 29degrees in order for it to work so the battery life didn’t last the 24hrs.

It works

Expensive, but seems to work once I figured it out, since the instruction manual is in Chinese, and I don't read Chinese. One must Press and HOLD the power button on the battery for it to turn on. Then it shows up on the refrigerator control panel. The LED indicator on the battery will be green when charging and blue when fully charged. I tried it on battery power for 10 hours, and it only used about 3/4 of the batter power.
