It was our grandsons first halloween so we decided to dress up with him. I didn't want to scare him to death, and wanted to be comfortable. For the price I didn't expect a whole lot but this is really nice, well made costume that I will be able to wear for many halloweens. I especailly love that it was a COMPLETE costume. The top materiel has a silk look and feel. The long sleeve undershirt and pants that come with it are substantial. It was mid 50's and although my nose and hands were cold the rest of me was comfortable. The red and black striped leg warmers kept my legs toasty. The wings hold their shape, could be worn in the car with a seat belt BUT you will bump a few door jams with them if you are planning on being at an indoor party. Since we were outside this wasn't an issue and even inside a slight shift and doors won't be a problem. The antennas are cute and fit comfortably. The only thing I didn't use were the glasses. They are so cute when on but have such a red tint that it was pretty hard, for me, to see out of them in the daylight. I imagine it would have been even harder to see when it was dark.I am 5'3' and weight 128 pounds. I ordered a large because I like a very loose fit and wanted to have room if I needed to put more layers on if it was colder.
