Poor instruction and missing items.
The intructions are almost non existent, they said to moisten with water using the enclosed spray bottle, there was no spray bottle included. Instructions didn't say whether to spray your skin or the stimulator. I moistened my skin and it seemed to work but sticky pads peeled off after one use. I've used other ten's type units and this one is not nearly as good albeit it was much cheaper.

Missing parts and instructions
what a waste can't use its missing charging system no instructions and can't return Piece of crap

Great Ab workout product
Love this Ab workout product. Believe it has 6 intensity levels. Feels great.Great price compared to many others I looked at.
