Just as good as pre-made
These shakes can be made the day before put in drink containers for the week and by the time I get to them the next day there’s no lumps and they taste just like the pre-made shakes.Only problem I see is when I do the math I’m not saving by doing the powder versus the pre-made bottles.I’m not sure why I’m going through the hassle.

Good protein powder
