The media could not be loaded. Just the right size, about tennis ball size. I took it out of the pkg. and he can't stop playing with it. Hard enough he hasn't tore into it, so I'd say it's durable. He's fascinated by it and can't stop playing with it!

The power button was hard to press. The balls two sides didn’t close all the way. My dog was able to rip it to pieces because it didn’t close. Waste of money and a dangerous toy. The dog could swallow the hard plastic pieces. Should have been made of rubber and non toxic.

It works very well on carpet but on the hard wood it is the most annoying thing since talking Elmo. And it automatically shuts off but I feel like the auto shut off happens a little too quickly. We put the ball in a sock so it will move on the hardwood and not annoying us and the dog still likes it

Idk if my dog (border collie Aussie mix)is a genius or this is just poorly made, but she managed to unscrew it and chew the motor and the threads. So if your dog isn’t destructive or small, should be fine

I purchased this in order to keep my dog busy while I work and oh boy it does. She was a little hesitant to play with it but she loves it now. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to keep their dogs mind busy.

If the charging port is external and there is no battery, why does it need to have a seam that twists apart and reveals the inside? There is no need to get into the inside of this ball and my dog takes one bite of this ball, or the ball drops, or it simply shakes and bounces and it pops open. It’s dangerous. What is exposed is metal and plastic parts that would be dangerous for dogs to chew on, plus the spinning part that makes the ball bounce and vibrate internally HURTS if it pops open and you grab it to take it away from your dog. Ouch. Ended up throwing it away.

My dog goes bonkers for this toy! It's great fun for the whole family. It's not easy to turn off though.

My male heeler had this opened withing 20 seconds of re ieving it after first charge.This thing pops righ open exposing some 'lube' to your beloved pet.Hopefully mine doesn't get sick!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MINEY ON THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE DANGEROUS TO YOUR PET AS BOTH A CHOKING HAZARD AND A POTENTIAL POISON HAZARD !!!!!

This is a great little toy if you have medium or smaller dogs that are a bit on the hyper side.My father has a Bishon named Elvis who has the most energetic zoomies you can imagine. My dad is also 80 and the energy levels he has don't match Elvis'.This simple little toy ball is making a huge difference.Elvis has been completely fixated on this ball since it was put down on the floor in front him last night. The sight of him almost leaping into the air when it first moved on its own was hilarious.Since then he has been nonstop with it. My dad actually had to turn it off for the night as Elvis was simply all go and no stop when it was turned on.I have active toys for our pets and they love them but Elvis has never been around that many of these sorts of toys so this one is very special to him and he will walk around with it in mouth and puts it down beside his food dish and water bowl but picks it right back up when he's finished.A raging success with us and highly recommended.

I was disappointed in this item. The on/off button on the outside of the ball doesn't work so I have to unscrew the ball each time I want it to f*&^%$ng stop!

My dog is scared of it. Bit of a woos.
