I'm new to Ifa and this book is like the equivalent of a Bible to me. I've looked up the Author and see that she's written more books and offers other services. I'm certainly going to get in contact with her for guidance!

Iyanifa Efe Mena Aletor has written another excellent book on Ori! In this book, she helps the reader clearly understand how to connect with Ori. I found this book very insightful in the clear, practical actions to work with your Ori. Beyond chants, prayers, and offerings, this book points the reader to the deep inner work needed to truly connect with your Ori (inner spirit). Iya Efe shares insights about how our mind works, the distractions we must master in order to create a powerful connection to hear the guidance of our Ori. This is a must have book to support your growth and development in the Orisa/Ifa tradition.

My Search for the Yoruba Concept of One's Inner Spirit known as ORI Inu began in the late 1980s. Back then there was very little literature available for serious seekers such as myself. My search never ended , researching & studying was continuous & consistent. My compliments & praises to Iya Efe's refreshing & very practical little booklet! 'Practical' being the Key Word that unlocks the mysteries of anyone's Inner Spirit ! A great contribution to beginners & seasoned devotees of Orisa & Orunmila's Ifa teachings! With carefully selected verses to learn from, study & apply to awaken & activate our Ori Consciousness.
