I was very hopeful when I started taking these gummies. I am very healthy with no allergies. The very first day I felt lightheaded but kept busy and let it pass. The second day I had a headache by that evening but thought I was just tired. I never get headaches though so it was strange. The 3rd and 4th day my headache did not go away. Day 5 when I woke up I decided I didn’t want a headache so decided not to take the gummies. Sure enough, stopping the gummies, stopped the headaches. No weight loss either. Buyer beware.

Any keto item would not have so much sugar. It would not have cane sugar as an ingredient. This is just a sugar coated acv gummy.

Hoped it would help me lose weight and with the sugar in it, my glucose #s went up!

I tried the gummies been on them almost 2 weeks and haven't lost 1 lb. These are not the real thing, I feel like were being scams by this product
