Lovely TV - keeps going wrong
Constant issues with it powering up and nothing appearing on the display, apps hanging...Lovely TV when it worked - which is nowhere near as often as it should.Off to return it

I did not buy this from Amazon.
This is a brand new PML 9008 65, fresh out of the box. I experienced dirty screen effect, light bleed from the edges which is visible under normal viewing and letter boxing shadows. According to Philips this is acceptable and operating within normal parameters. So ask yourself, do you want to spend up to £1500 on a new TV and end up with this! The UI is clunky and slow and it also turns itself off for no reason. It's worse than the 10 year old Samsung it was replacing. By far the worst TV I've ever had. These comments are to inform others of my experience and service from Philips, and reflect this product only. I did not purchase this item from Amazon and it is no reflection of Amazon's performance, it is advice for others who maybe looking for information on this product.
