I only took one in the morning and one after lunch. I'm down 7lbs in the first 2 weeks. I do not feel the jitters, I sleep just fine at night. I do have to make myself eat but I am able to make better choices in my diet because I know I am eating for fuel. Like today I have 2 boiled egg whites and melon slices maybe 4 and I was full.. I did buy Chocolate meal replacement drinks so I know I am getting morning calories.

This is not a magic pill. You still have to put in the work to loose weight. However, these do boost my energy level within minutes & it lasts for hours which I love. It also tones down my hunger. I snack less & sometimes don’t even feel hungry for when it’s lunch or dinner time.My only complaint is that after taking this for several months, I noticed my energy level doesn’t get the same boost it did in the beginning months. Maybe my body has acclimated to it.

This is the 3rd time I've purchased these pills. They work great for me and my husband. They definitely help with my appetite, and we both usually only take one in the morning. He takes one later in the day, but I don't and it helps me all day long. Even when I eat, I seem to get full quicker. Maybe not for everyone, but they work great for us.

I don't usually write reviews. I lost weight years ago using Ephedra based products. Of course I put the weight back on after years of not being able to purchase Ephedra. Well this is the best thing I've tried since then. People are always pointing out my weight loss and I don't even take the full dose. I know I would see more weight loss if I actually exercise but I'm old and lazy. I've taken 2 a day in the morning and I'm very happy with the results.

Brfore using this product, i lose 10 lbs due to daily exercise. After using this product, I lose 10 more lbs in a month, it works for me. However, exercise is necessary to achieve the goal. But with this product, i can do less exercise to achieve my daily calories burning goal.

Trust the reviews.I got this thinking it would be different to me but this product does nothing. I did everything as specified, workout, and I lost a pound per week, same amount I was losing before taking this product. I did not feel anything different. I will go back to my Lipo6 because that actually works.

Since Dec.11, taking the recommended dose, went from 186 to 183. Yeah I lift and HIIT, so I can't really say its this that helped. But it doesn't suppress appetite. Anyone who has been trying to shred knows my pain lol. Good thing my diet is spot on 😉 Cycled off my old thermogenic onto this, probably won't buy again.

Wonderful product! Within the first few weeks of using I lost inches and went down one size and got into a dress I have been hoping to wear on a cruise. Not as much on the scale, but inches is where it counts. I am super happy!! Will definitely purchase again!

Guy's this actually works, Iv used it for a Month nd 10 day's in conjunction wid a disciplined diet and exercise nd hav lost 7 kgs of body weight, Wat it does which u will feel is it reduces ur hunger pangs nd makes it easier for u choose bettr food habits!!! Nt a miracle pill by ny means though, no jitters, no side effects felt ,I'm gonna order another.overall great product, totally recommended. Expensive bt wrth it.

The best i ever used. 100% works for me.More energy, better performance, no jitters and works so well with intermittent fasting
