This product has been great. I have used one full bottle so enough to get adjusted too it. I am sleeping so well and haven't waken up foggy headed. I feel my mood is well balanced in the morning. This is really helpful for my body as I work in healthcare and after my last shift of the week I have a hard time going to sleep because I am so excited to have days off. But after taking these I get sleepy pretty quickly and sleep just fine. The only negative is the smell but its tolerable. Will continue to purchase.

They do an alright job. I do feel like they worked better on the past so I’m not sure f the formula changed.
