Delightful, easy, and visually pleasant.
The "candles" are AAA-powered six-inch LED decorations. The set of ten comes with a Harry Potter-style wand that reliably turns the candles ON/OFF remotely. They will stand on a flat surface, or you can hang them from above.The candles must be suspended by (included) fine monofilament fishing line. The "flame" is a soft plastic tip you can pull out. Stick the end of the monofilament into the candle (past the LED) and insert the plastic flame. The suspension point is so close to the central axis that the candle hangs vertically. Nice effect.The candles and want come with installed batteries, but not every candle has a battery. So, get some AAAs just in case.

I truly like these candle lights
cute and fun accent lighting in my family room, bedroom, and hallway. i like being able to sit and wave the wand to turn these candle lights on and off. Very magical and Harry Potter

Better then I expected
This is day 1 so I don’t know how they will hold up long term BUT as of now they exceeded my expectations. My wife and daughter are huge Harry Potter fans so when I saw these advertised on Amazon I had to try. I ordered them last night and they arrived on my doorstep at 530 this morning. They require 1 AAA battery a piece and they do not come with them. So after installing 20 AAA batteries I hung them up and was amazed how good they looked. My wife LOVES them and my daughter wants me to hang them in every hallway of our house and leave them up all year lol. I am only turning them on at night because I have no idea how long these batteries will last but they have turned out to be one of our favorite decorations. I would have totally given them 5 stars if they would have come with the required batteries

Love these!
Would buy again. They are easy to use and put into place. They have stayed in place and we have had these for about year now. Remote wand works well. Kids have had so much fun with them!

Very Cute, Especially for Harry Potter Fans
My kids loved these. Our "elf on the shelf" delivered these at Christmas and they were super easy to use, and the kids loved that they controlled them with a "magic" wand. They had really good battery life, especially considering the kids often left them on overnight; I never had to change the batteries over the course of a month of using them. They're bright considering their size. My 8yr old, who's a huge Harry Potter fan, insisted we use them again for Halloween.

Amazing - but stopped working shortly after hanging
I absolutely loved these for the first few weeks they were up. I would put them on for a few hours at night for ambiance. They look incredible and I’ve gotten so many compliments from friends, but they’ve stopped working completely!! The wand is working and flashes, but none from my two sets work anymore. I purposely used two different brands of battery to track which lasted longer and now I know it’s not the batteries. I just requested a replacement for one set, but this set I’m reviewing now is past the return window. Please help!! I love them and don’t want to take them down from my ceiling, I want them to stay up year round!
