Not man enough
Unfortunately the 7 to 1 ratio isn’t correct. The weight of 60 kg requires a lot more force than 8kg to lift

Great Pulley
This is made very well of high quality and is very strong! It installs easily and performs it job well. So far it has lifted every load I throw at it. Excellent item!

65 foot rope will not work for garage floor to attic. Must be minimum of 100 foot.
It can be modified in order to work.

not robust but does work
I've tested this out and lifted a 100 lbs to test it. the pulley ratio makes possible to lift 1100 lbs pounds but I found that pulleys didn't move that easily so you were overcoming the resistance along with the load. I'd probably not want to manually lift anything bigger than about 400 lbs with this. I'm also 72 so I don't have the strength I had when I was 60 so that could be part of it.

Great lifting system
The block hoist here lives up to its reputation hoisting large trees up to be cut into pieces. One interesting use is for cleaning deer. Great tool.
