This is a really well made product and gives great support to my back whilst being comfortable to wear. I have only had it for a few days but my back is already much less painful and my posture is greatly improved. Extremely happy with my purchase.

The posture corrector is a great help with my age related difficulty in holding up my head when tired.The pads protecting shoulders/armpits are an advantage. The side bones are removable, which I think is a good idea.

DISCLAIMER: There is a 99% chance you will not see complete results quickly, my context is important.I'm 24 and don't suffer a bad back yet, but my posture was so horrendous that I occasionally got comments, a masseuse told me openly it was bad, and I was increasingly noticing that I couldn't sit or lay down in the same position for more than 20 minutes before getting uncomfortable. The worst omen was that I didn't even know to stand in the correct posture, it felt wrong and painful.Stretching my back and strengthening my core wasn't doing the trick, and now I realize that it was because that wasn't my problem. I'm an advanced yogi.This brace forces you to sit and stand up straight, especially at first when it hurts a bit lol. It supports you as well so it doesn't feel unnatural, it's giving you the help your muscles need. Your shoulders AND spine stay in place, you just have to remember to keep your chin up.I think what I needed most of all was help learning what correct posture was for me. I had been overcompensating by trying to arch my back and puff my chest out too much, an unnatural and painful position. Now I know how to stand up straight.I also believe it helps me by holding me in a stretch. I wore it for 40 minutes in two 20 minute increments the first day because I could tell I could handle it and I like that yoga-sore feeling lol. I didn't time it after that, pretty much wearing it for as long as it felt tolerable, taking it off, putting it on later. I feel generally pretty much like I've been working out.I'm now sitting/standing/walking with perfect posture automatically, it absolutely feels more comfortable than slouching ever did. I plan on continuing to wear this brace for as much time as it's convenient for everyday to ensure permanent gains and prevent backsliding (back forwarding?) I feel more confident, I can tell better posture is more flattering, I feel more comfortable (and cheerful!) When I'm out walking and I'm definitely not feeling that urge to look at the sidewalk instead of the world around me.This brace absolutely was essential, it gives you the support you need to manage maintaining a good posture for more than a minute, it relieves pain if you put it on after slouching as well, it's strengthening, and wearing it for long enough turns good posture into muscle memory. I think everyone can benefit and I highly recommend it.I am certified to teach yoga, so if you're inflexible, try to go practice a few of these yoga poses everyday: downward facing dog, upward facing dog, cat-cow, pigeon pose, child's pose, supine twist, really any back Bends. Whatever is manageable for you, and upward facing dog and cat-cow especially relieve back pain.Annnnnyway, this is a really really good brace, I love it. Stick with it, it's worth it.

Angenehm ist, dass die Schultergurte nicht einschneiden und der Bauchgurt breit ist5. Für zusätzlichen Halt fädele ich den unteren Klettverschluss durch die Gürtelschlaufe der Hose, so rutscht es nicht nach oben6. Lässt sich gut untendrunter tragen.Mich hat überzeugt, dass die Haltungskorrektur nachhaltig wirkt. Die "falschen" Muskeln, die zu Schmerzen führen, werden entlastet und abgebaut, während die "richtigen" Muskeln sanft aufgebaut werden. Sehr angenehm!

Cumple su función perfectamente, lo uso para mi trabajo en el ordenador, trabajo muchas horas y aún con una silla de despacho mi espalda no estaba recta, es cómodo y se ajusta bien.En mi caso vale la pena la inversión, tengo menos molestias en la espalda.Tiene un diseño ergonómico que no lastima ni roza, lo bueno es que es muy fácil de poner.
