I ordered this pre workout after looking at its's composition, beta alanine etc. Well they have written to start with 1/2 scoop first but let me tell you even after taking 1 scoop you will hardly get any effect. The media could not be loaded. I used F9 extreme of muscle asylum. That was worked for me but this time I shifted to pump 300 because it's not come up with itching and tingling effect.With all these benefits I am getting good amount of pump also. Go for it.
