Quality product
Easy to use and adjust to desired length. I purchased the 2-4 ft version which extends long enough for my ceiling height. Locks in place making it very sturdy with good grip. Great value!

Great extendable pole
Bought to paint house wall using my new roller and attachment on my other reviews. This was a brilliant quality extendable pole. Wanted to spend a little more to make sure it lasted, especially considering the heavy weight of the metal roller attachment going on the end. Came with a plastic attachment for slotting compatible brushes on, that I haven't used yet. As mentioned by other reviewers, the pole did has a tendancy to de-thread from my roller attachment, beginning about an hour into its first use. Just have to remember to give it a quick tighten each time I reload the roller to prevent it from falling off. This happens with a few brands so no biggie. The pole is a good quality sturdy one, I see it lasted longer than my last one.

Perfect for walls and hallways
After having a much larger version of this for ceilings and trying to paint a hallway decided to purchase the smaller version! Bingo - a delight to use. Easy to take in and off the roller and completed quickly! Highly recommend for walls and halls! If you need to do Hugh ceilings in an old house you do need the bugger version! Great value and quick delivery.

Good but wouldnt want a longer one
Bought this to reach the top of th ewalls in the stairwell and do the ceilings with. Very good quality and does th ejob well. It was only just long enough for the stairwell but having said that, they do make a longer one but I wouldnt want it as even at this ones full stretch it can be a bit awkward. especially if you need to put any pressure on the roller. I can only think a longer one woudl be worse. Or maybe not. Who knows? (other than people who bought a longer one that is)

For me as a DIYer this is more than enough! Really Good
First thing: I am a DIY guy so if you are too, then you might be wondering, should I pay little money on this or should I splash for 'other premium trade brand' for 3 x price? Answer: NO. This is very good for DIY, (even tradesmen use it) and it screws into roller frames fine and also has an adapter for push fit type roller frames. The adjustments are incremental (pins) but they suffice. This is also lightweight and easy to handle. I used this with ProDec double arm roller frame (can be found on Amazon). It is a bargain. Used to paint ceilings and walls. This size is sufficient for most painting tasks.

Wobbly
I quite like ProDec kit but I was disappointed with this extension pole. What I require in an extension pole is that it be as rigid as possible when a roller is attached and I am sad to say this is not the case with this pole. Using a compatible ProDec roller frame with the integral screw fitting, the roller needs to be tightened after every paint application as it is prone to "backing off" . The solution would be to drill a hole through the roller fram handle and use a self tapping screw to hold it, but that should not be necessary. Also with the pole extended and in any latched position , the latch is not strong enough to prevent the pole from wobbling slightly, which is disconcerting. Shame, but there we go...
