Love itSometimes reviews can be mixed with opinions varying depending on personal thoughts and preferencesI gave this a Five stars because it can break down more than one way to pack it !Okay I have Idiopathic Inclusion Body Myositis a real rare nasty Skeletal Muscular Inflammation Autoimmune disorder that mimics ALSIn a different way that not Neurological . Was informed I’m to wear leg ankle knee braces the rest of my life No more ankle foot Surgeries do to Arthritis fused Bones and mutated out of place.Neuropathy from many factors other than Diabetes.This wheeled walker is so much better than Ski Pole Elbow Crutches.It does turn on a dime mine is steady it has on the frame steps to lift the front up a down .Cords can stop or slow you the wheels a big plusSolid plastic all terrain tires are not bad either wasn’t sure but they are okay don’t let it discourage you.The Seat is nice and stable there is a 300 lb limit to it . I really love it.I bought the cell phone cup holder for extra to match the blue colorThere is a nice nylon bag with a strap to remove and carry if needed or take off.The arm rest are not hard but very comfortable for me as I have fibromyalgia also. My picture in the Caine holder has a hurricane Cain in it .The cup holds that came with it is nice i put my wallet in it or a water bottle drink cup in the other.Good luck not everyone is ment for something’sThis Senior Upright handle Rolotor is right for me!I can sit and rest going to the Dr OfficeHope this helps just my opinion on the product.

Great product. This is my second one to purchase. This way I have one in my car and one at home.

Well built. Somewhat stiff on turns doesn’t glide freely. Well built a bit heavier than my other one. The seat is nice with side helpers to help you up. The drink holder which is attached to the handle has a tendency to work itself loose. Have to retighten the handle bar frequently. I love the fact that it adjusts to my height. My other one did not. Now I am truly able to walk fully upright. Well worth the price.

The only thing I can think of is there are no locks to keep it from opening when you pick it up to load or unload. I did but som velcro straps that have special rubber side to keep the straps from sliding. I use only two, 1. for keeping closed 2. For keeping the handles secured to the legs persay. So if I am alone and have to pick it up to load or unload it's practically 1 unit. I don't exactly know when I bought it. But it is the best investment. I have bone on bone knees and rely on during long walks to dr. appts. The weight can be a struggle by myself, but i manage. I have a suv so that helps alot. I just wanted to thank y'all for my convertible!!!! 🤣😂 I have not seen anyone else have one and many have complimented me on it!!! It's extremely easy to maneuver a steer. The problem with the storage bag is it gets in the way of opening closing and at times the wheels, I took it off, it was always something.Thanks for reading,Kris

I was so looking forward to getting this upright walker. Now I’m hoping there’s a way I can convert those big humongous wheels down to a little bit smaller wheels because it is not very maneuverable. Maybe outside in the park it might be useful, but if you’re looking for a walker, that is an every day walker to use in your home, this is not maneuverable. it’s very difficult to find spaces to turn and maneuver because the wheels are so big that it does not turn on a dime or a nickel or a 50 Cent piece. It wants lots of space and much muscle power put in to maneuver it. I deeply regret buying this model. I’m excited to have an upright walker so I won’t continue to walk hunched over, but I wish that it was clear from the beginning that this is very difficult to maneuver. They show the advertisement with little old ladies, but little old ladies don’t have the strength to maneuver this thing. I don’t object to the weight or size of it, I only object to the maneuverability. It is very difficult.

The product came quickly and was easy to put together. After a few days we had trouble with one wheel turning correctly. I called customer care and was given an address to reach out to in the Gmail domain, not a good sign in my book.). After several back and forth emails I was asked to video how the turns were hanging up with the walker. I took about one minute of video documenting this but it turns out that much video is too big to send in email. I asked the people who were to receive the email about perhaps using Dropbox or some other method to upload video. They don’t have a method to do that. So I had to go back to family members home and shoot more video (much shorter). Why did they not tell me to only shoot 15 seconds or so? Finally got video emailed to customer service. Fairly quick response telling me they would replace one wheel. The replacement came quickly but the tread design is different than the original and now then walker has trouble turning in the opposite direction. They had video of the wheels why not match the tread? I contacted them again in late April with two separate emails. One was asking how I could buy replacement wheels ( yes I was willing to pay to get wheels with the same tread). The other email was requesting that they get me wheels with the same tread under the warranty. I have sent several follow up emails and they have gone dark leaving me no choice but to comment on their poor response from customer care. I believe this could be a good product for the family member. I am past the return time with Amazon (purchased in late February). The product is not as easy bot use for family member as it should be thus it is not used as often as it could be. I feel stuck. Just want the wheels to work as they should. Customer care needs to be improved..

I got for my sister when I found out her old fashion one that had been our dad's had broken. She likes it and likes the way it has her standing up. She is waiting for the snow to melt away, before exploring outside.She said it is very sturdy and lives the terrain wheels on it and a place to sit when she wants to rest. To me a nice walker and good buy.
