This blanket is nice quality and held up great in the wash.

As other reviewers have mentioned, my main beef with this blanket is the big border along the edges that doesn't have any heat wires. I didn't think it would be such a big deal but in practice I'm constantly finding cold patches especially by my feet.Otherwise, the blanket gets quite hot so that's nice, and the difference between the settings is noticeable. The functionality is standard (heat setting, auto-off hours setting) but does the job. I have already washed/dried the blanket once and it handled that well.

Warms up very quickly. Holds the warmth, very soft.

I've purchased this piece of garbage electric blanket twice thinking the first one was a one off. It wasn't. The first lasted 29 days, the second gave me the dreaded "E-4" having used it 3 times. I followed all the suggestions for clearing the error (e-4 isn't even listed on any site I could find) nothing worked.Both were very gently used having just laid across the top of our couch, not even folded so as to not bend the wiring. They were used for laying across our laps. No tucking, pulling, tugging or sitting on - just laying across our laps!These are entirely too expensive to get little or no use from these Chinese manufactured pieces of garbage blankets! Ignore the 5 star ratings, Chinese sellers/manufactures make a decent product at first to get 5 star ratings, then dump the quality knowing the bad 1 stars will get buried by the 'amazing' 5 star reviews and counting on ppl not purposely looking at the 1 stars.***DO NOT risk wasting your money on this throw away garbage! I've warned you, buy at your own risk!****

I’ve gotten 2 or 3 other electric blankets b4 this one & they all crapped out on me within a month. This blanket I use all the time, it works excellent & lasts.

I bought this Twin size for my Queen size bed, as I did not want 2 controllers. It heats the bed, and I found throwing something on TOP of the blanket makes it heat the bed faster.. Use setting 7-9 for heat and turn off in middle of night..
