Defective product with a seller that does not stand behind the merchandise!!!
I have been a long-time user of phosphor plates. The cost of the original manufacturer's plates has risen significantly so I thought that I would give this vendor a try. Not a good idea. Shortly into using the product as can be seen on the x-ray "scratches" have appeared due to the poor quality of the plate. This something that is not "fixable" and is not due to mis-handling the plate. Asked vendor for help- got an initial response, but ultimately no help. Avoid- poor quality of product/poor service.

Poor quality and short lived
The photo sensitive phosphor plates quickly degrade within months and are only good for about 15-25 uses. They are a complete ripoff even at this price. We've tested over 30 of the films only to have to replace them within a few months due to flaking and poor quality image taking. See the attached image. Do not buy these. You will regret it.

Waste of money
Completely waste of money. It gave us 3 clear images and completely blurry after that. I thought i had found a less expensive alternative to the expensive brands but ended paying double.
