Nice set
Comes with 2 band strap handles and 5 bands. Nice carry bag to store them in. I gave it 4 stars bc the bands would be great if they were 1-2 inches longer.

For the money, OK, but really not. Difficult to change bands and not for a serious workout.

No instructions; one of the bands already broke on me
What I like about this resistance band kit are the 5 bands of different resistance strengths that come with it. I like how it comes with handles for the bands, but with no instructions on how to connect the bands to the handles, so I had to guess. The blue light resistance band just snapped on me, so I’m downgrading my rating from 4 to 2 stars.

Disappointed with communication
Item was delivered in good shape. Was what I was needing. However when ordered was to be delivered next day and it was not. There was no communication from the seller as for why there was a delay in the shipping of the product.

Very Nice Exercise Bands
I haven't used exercise bands very often, because I have found them to be stiff and not very flexible. These I found to be comfortable to use and flexible. I like that there are different levels or resistance so I can increase my workout as I am able to. They are light weight and easily portable.

Complete waste of money
I bought this and within 3 weeks the yellow band tore apart while practicing . Unfortunately it was after Return period was over. I do not recommend buying this at all.
