Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!
I have had this printer for approximately three weeks and requested assistance which was deferred to sawgrass because the prints come out broken and frayed. This company offered no resolution and no asked if I could even attempt to keep the printer but switch the ink to see if it’s the ink or paper. Again no solution. I have been back and forward with sawgrass for the last two weeks again, no solution. So I would say not to purchase from a company who offer no assistance to a buyer and continue to pass responsibilities to another company. I would like to return this item ASAP and I am looking for the policy to support my issues..

Great Start 🤗
Easy to set up, prints fast and has low sound when printing. It prints high quality images and performs great. It can print on 100% cotton material. It also comes with chromablast paper.
