Really well designed & constructed
I worried that this was only made of plastic - I shouldn't have. It's really tough PU and the height adjustment works smoothly. The size I bought was small - OK for me because I'm not using it at a desk (it's a guitar stool) but if you are going to use to work at a desk, just make sure you choose the full-size model or are comfortable that this particular one (Junior Edition) gives a low seating height.

Very stylish, great fun but not functional for ADHD
We bought the stool for our 7-year-old daughter who has some mild ADHD symptoms. We read that some movement on the seat might help her stay seated on her chair doing her homework or eating her dinner. THe chair didn't help at all. If only, it made things worst. Moving her core body made the chair rolling away from the desk or dining table and she had to get up and bring the stool back on the original spot to continue with her homework or dinner. The stool is very stylish, is great fun sitting on it, so we kept it as a spare seat on the house, but not for the original purpose we wanted it to serve.
