Not my favorite
Maybe it's just the tool I received but the clips that hold the hair in place as it twists don't both pop back down after being pushes up. One of the clips snaps back down perfectly but the other gets stuck in the up position and it makes for a bit of a pain. I have to physically push it down an it doesn't hold down as well as the other. If you have fine hair this isn't for you, it'll slip right back out, also, hair with multiple layers and lengths, not ideal with this tool.

Disappointed
Product looked like it was used/returned. No battery. Would have loved to have tried to see if I wanted to re-order another one but haven’t yet.
