Definitely worth it gets more cleaning than a wipe

My dog has chronic itchy ears, so we are always looking for new and easy ways to keep them clean. I was excited when I saw this product, as I felt it would be helpful. The heads of the cotton swabs are very thick, so I cannot insert too far into his ear. I also like how the ends are tapered a bit, to allow for some swiveling. However, I do wish that the stick itself was longer. The cotton swabs are about the length of a standard Q-Tip, but when you have a 50 lb wiggly poodle puppy, it's a bit hard to navigate with such a short stick. However, other than that, I think the product works great and exactly as intended.

I have a Shih Tzu with chronic ear infections and these are soft and shaped correctly for cleaning her ears and putting medicine in them. Really like them!

My dog tends to get dirty ears and often flaps her ears or digs at them. I tried these out and she doesn't move around as much as when I tried to use a human ear cleaner. The size of the tip seems to prevent you from pushing the tip in too far, which can happen, no matter how careful you are when the dog unexpectedly moves their head. I wish I had found these sooner!

I got these for the new hospice dog I have in. I had never seen q-tips for pets before. These are pretty cool. They are bigger than your regular q-tip and I got the small size. The shape is sort of odd but shaped for pet ears.I'm a little afraid to use them but that's a me thing. The dog didn't love having me clean his ears so I went slowly. We are both getting used to them. But I like them and like that they are made for pets. (Although I'm a little tempted to try them in my own ears!"I like that they are on paper sticks/wands (?) because I've never liked the q-tips that use plastic, they bend too easily and I find the cotton doesn't adhere as well. The cotton tops are staying on these suckers. They are well made. (And no one wants to leave a wad of cotton in their pet's ears! Not a problem here.)The container they come in is very nice as well. It's plastic but it closes and protects the swabs from moisture and dust.This is a nice product, well designed and manufactured. I will be going slowly with them because my pup is an old dog who isn't quite used to the fussing I do over him. I get a lot of exasperated looks! I may get some liquid ear cleaner to use with these. But dry they work well.

Not worth it ! Hi priced qtips!I dont recommend. Your better off with qtips.

great for having to clean our floppy eared dogs. they all get gunk in there, and these make it easier to keep them clean and happy. suggest using the wipes as well, but in a pinch these alone are good too

These swabs are very thick and cottony on both sides. My dog has huge ears but I felt very safe using these swabs, because they only go in so far and then they stop. I do wish they were a bit longer for ease of handling, but that is minor (the length is probably just right for most animal sizes). I was tempted to use these on myself, they look so comfy! Very pleased.
