Ingredients
Brewer's Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) (medium contained gluten), Binding agent: Microcrystalline cellulose, Flow agent: Stearic acid, Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate.
Directions
Take 6 to 8 tablets daily with water or food or as directed by your medical advisor.

Healthy Choice
This product is much under rated/valued as a healthy choice in maintaining good balance in daily life, after reading some of the reviewed I know these peoples comments are accurate as I used to take brewers yeast regularly, so I am more than happy to take them again to get my health back on track. Just recovering from a flu type illness which robs the body of vital nutrient and not eating properly yet, so these will help me I'm sure of that.

Makes my nails stronger
I bought this for my nails and hair and after a couple of weeks, can see my nails are getting stronger with less splitting ends. So far so good!Smells a bit funky but a small price to pay to have lovely nails :)
