Great Value!
I bought this chair because my wife has Parkinson's and has difficulty standing from a normal chair. It was easy to put together and my wife loves it! It's very comfortable, and the massage and heat functions are really appreciated. The fact that it is a riser/recliner and has a USB point, plus two side pockets and two cup holders were the main reasons I bought it, plus the fact that it is so much cheaper than similar models without these added features. My wife is delighted with it so far - we've had it for three weeks - and it appears to be excellent quality!

Great rise and recliner chair there was a problem with delivery but spoke with lily and got it all sorted. Thank you very much really love my new chair

Rise, recliner chair
The item was delivered in two separate days.Very heavy, but, very easy to assemble, even for a 78 yo man who leads a sedentary lifestyle. Very comfortable, with the vibrating massage very relaxing.Recommended, would definitely buy again.For what you pay for is value way beyond its price.Well happy, over the moon, Brian.

Faults
Worked well for two days then the charge USB socket failed followed by the massage / heat remote I've checked all the connections to no avail and emailed the aftersales address twice with no reply and very frustrated.
