Alright where to start....Product is great. Build is awesome, looks great and it's certainly responsive no problem at all. However this is where it becomes a problem. As a control for emulators no problem, or games that support controllers are no problem. But the software.... This is the biggest problem of all. If you want to use this to play PUBG or MH stories you need the software. The software is mostly in English. But the troubleshooting is all in Chinese. And no screen translator app will help as you will run into problems with broken english, or terms such as bean bean or pea pod. No explanation as to what that is except for you to look into. The best way to map the control is through the software and to use the USB that they gave you and plugging it in that way, and make sure it's a wall outlet or it won't work otherwise. Don't use software that's on their website for your computer as it doesn't work. I wasn't able to root my phone as that was taking hours to do and something I wish not to deal with right now. The software is a power drainer and even when you exit the app it continues to use the battery unless you force stop it via settings. Don't use the quit that's available via the software as you will have to map your control again.... Other than that headache it's a great control and look.

I am very happy I got this. This device works as it should (I use this for playing games on a gameboy advance and a ds emulator on my phone), and its easy to use and set up. I have had no problems with this--it fits my phone perfectly (galaxy note 8), has no problem staying connected, and it has made playing emulated games on my phone much more enjoyable!Because this item is being delivered from China, do expect a fairly long ( much longer that normal for Amazon products) delivery time--obviously anything that comes from other countries has to go through customs. However, when it arrived, the controller and accessories that came with it were all packaged professionally, with care, and very good quality.I am very happy that I bought this! :D

After leaving my original low review customer service contacted me and informed me of their 12-month warranty which covered my controller so they're sending me a new one. Considering the controller is guaranteed to work for 12 months I'm going up to four stars. If you're looking for a telescopic controller you're not going to do better than this in my opinion.Original Review: After about three months of using the controller on and off I dropped from 3-4 feet off the floor, and now it does not turn on. The power switch is loose, just sliding back and forth without turning the controller on. I'd like to leave a more positive review because I was satisfied with my experience up until now; the battery life is long and the controller is functional, but I can't recommend it if the controller is so vulnerable to breaking completely.

I bought this for my dedicated gaming Xperia XZ1 and while I'm able to connect the phone thinks it's is a keyboard and mouse. It doesn't detect as a proper gamepad. The software is only for if you want to map touch zones to buttons so it's useless as a simple controller for me. I'm hoping it just needs a firmware update but I'll be returning it if that doesn't help. Otherwise build quality is OK, the controller itself feels good but the telescoping arm is pretty flimsy and there seems to be zero lag when I run the controller test. It might be an xperia specific issue since Sony phones have custom software to support PS4 controllers.

If you're like me and didn't read carefully, you should know that it doesn't have analog clicks. They are dedicated buttons to the left of the right analog stick. Speaking of the right analog stick, it developed server drift within a week. I'm returning it and looking for a better product. It's most definitely not worth $50.

The flydigi mapping software shows me the virtual buttons but I cannot map them to where I want to go. The native key mapping of this controller doesn't work correctly and doesn't seem to be changeable.

All the instructions are in Chinese and even when I can get Google to translate them they are barely understandable. The software is even worse. I've gotten the controller to connect via Bluetooth and able to work with some old ROM games but even that is minimal. I can't get the mapping software working since again the instructions and manuals are worthless. Otherwise the controller itself is good. A little flimsy but it does the job.

Excellent phone game controller. All in 1 package deal. Ive purchased the Razer Kishi before this and this is way more recommended based on the price and performance. One thing I absolutely love about this controller is the ability to freely remap your own control keys to whatever you want without using any external apps such as octupos pro etc. Buttons are great, with some extras as well for more keys. Has internal rechargeable battery and battery life is good so far. A few things I dont like a little bit is the size and also the extension. The materials used for this is of course plastic however, it would have been great if metal reinforcement was considered on the back just incase of accidental bend or something that could cause it to break. Overall though, this controller is great for value and perfomance. Totally highly recommended.

I bought this to use with retroarch on my Samsung s8. Works very very well and feels nice. Solid buttons and d-pad feels good too. Connection is super easy and controls feel very responsive. The only minor thing is there is no l3 or r3 buttons on the analog sticks. Very comfortable. Highly recommended if you like retro gaming on your phone!
