If you’re into the Star Wars world, you’ll want this. Though the colour changing “thing” is nothing new, it’s still a fun thing to watch and more so in familiar characters ha.The quality of this mug superb even if somewhat lightweight, my example passes the QC and it should being official merch.Nothing more to add, be selfish and get yourself one or be kind and give as a gift. The box it comes in is quite cool too, with all sorts of art and graphics. Now, off to make a brew and dazzle in amazement.

Having been both a long time Star Wars and Starbucks fan as soon as I saw this I wanted it. To be honest I didn't care about the quality I just loved the look. However it turned out to be really well made and has survived loads of abuse from coffee, being dropped (once) and being in and out of our dishwasher :)Still looks as good as it did when it arrived, I really am pleasantly surprised by the quality and look forward to using it for "A Long Time (A go) "I would happily use and recommend Top Banana again and again based on this purchase!!!!

The standard sized mug comes in a branded box and has a good sized handle so comfortable to hold. I tested part filling the mug with boiling water as seen in the photo and while the image is visible when cold it changes to white when hot fading to black as it cools. A simple but well known design would please any Star Wars fan, it’s a great way to tell if your drink is hot without picking it up. It does state on the base not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave, so if you occasionally have to heat up a drink in the microwave as you forgot about it this mug wouldn’t be suitable.

The media could not be loaded. There's a lot of Stormtrooper merchandise available in the UK these days. Everything from beer and coffee to socks and statues are available, all licensed from Shepperton Design Studios. The history of their use of the Stormtrooper image is worth looking into, but I will say there's a very good reason these products aren't available outside of the UK and have nothing to do with Disney/Lucasfilm.This is a nice colour changing mug featuring the Stormtrooper helmet design. It arrives in an attractive, branded box. It looks fairly unremarkable at first, as it's all black. You can just about see the design in it, which is printed on both sides, but it's only properly visible when hot liquids are added.The design reveals itself quite quickly once it gets hot, and stands out in stark white against the black mug. It stays visible for quite a while until the ceramic cools.The mug itself is good quality. It's quite chunky and well finished. It's sadly not microwave or dishwasher safe, but then again, most printed mugs aren't.My only real gripe with this mug is that it's rather plain and uninteresting when it's cool. I think perhaps some sort of permanently visible design element would've been good. Still, it's a nice mug and would make a great gift for any Star Wars fan, or for any Trooper to have a tea break while looking for droids.

Really lovely black mug. You can see the design before you put the hot liquid in, but it goes white and crystal clear when you do. It changed colour very quickly. The design is on both sides of the mug. It's a nice shape and size. Nice packaging. Very pleased.

The cup is basically all black. It's only when you pour VERY hot water on the logo (there are two on the cup) that it turns white, for a short period.It's very cool (figuratively speaking).
