Hello Mam,Congratulations on such a beautiful book,that both inspires and guides us through all .Be it physical or emotional everything can be cured if you have the will power to overcome it.You have explained in such a simple way about the doshas and how to correct and balance them.Your knowledge of food is astounding.But to so openly speak and write about it is so generous of you.You make it so interesting.Impossible to keep the book down once you've started reading it!Waiting for more books from you.....!Anita Bajoria

Great book on gut health and ayurvedic wisdom
An insightful book that practically explains importance of gut health with ayurvedic wisdom. It also explains importance of timely sleep, energy clock and how gut health is related to emotions.

Great way to understand your mind and body.
There was a thought on my mind. The entire universe is made up of same elements we see every day. Even the biggest star in our galaxy and the our nearby mall contains the same elements in a molecular level. So if you think, its all same. We all are experiencing the same thing with different perspectives . We are part of a larger scheme.Us and the universe are not two different things. Once you accept that, you will realise that its not always about you and your mind suddenly feels the calmness. You will start syncing with the vibrations of the nature. You will start enjoying the little things in your day to day life.To start experiencing these connections, first you should be able to keep your mind clean and clear. You should also need to have a better understanding about your mind and body and how it can effect our overall progress…Dimple’s book “Heal your gut, Mind & Emotions” will show you different paths ahead which you where unknowingly searching for a long time. Importance of proper nutrition for physical and mental health
I loved this book. Though the Ayurveda terms were a bit confusing for layman like me, in totality I could grasp the importance of proper nutrition for physical and mental health and how we can reset our system according to nature. I specifically liked the charts explaining food combinations. Very useful for health conscious people 👍
