This stuff is amazing
I bought this because I had a spot on my cheek where the skin barrier was disrupted due to rosacea. It was red and dry and a little peely.The prescription rosacea cream and tea tree oil wipes I use cleared up most of the rosacea but this one spot would not fully heal.I used this serum and within 1 day, the spot was gone. I was amazed. It really does repair the skin barrier. It makes my skin smooth and moisturized with eliminates redness (which I think was from being dry). I've since bought other products from this line because I was so happy to find something that actually repairs the barrier.Tip: I also use this on my lips. I took Accutane 20 years ago and my lips have been very dry ever since. I couldn't find a product that would actually moisturize them and not just sit on top. This actually absorbs and moisturizes my lips and makes them smooth. I put this on first, then will put a lip balm on top to lock this in.

Lightweight active-ingredient packed serum version of Dr. Jart's new Ceramidin formula
The ingredient profile is excellent: Ceramide NP, Ceramide AP, Ceramide AS, Ceramide NS, plus 2 forms of hyaluronic acid. Another moisturizing ingredient is panthenol. It also contains beta-glucan, ferments, oat and algae extract, and lots of bio-active botanical ingredients that have special properties for skin, like curcumin, artichoke, cocoa. This serum should have long-term skin building effects over time as well as an instantly moisturizing serum effect. It's a thin, gel-cream liquid that goes on easily & absorbs completely very quickly. It's still hard to find here in the US but

Super moisturizing all day!
I really like this product and I noticed a difference from the first usage. I've always had a slight problem with dryness around my mouth/nose area - by the end of the day it sometimes turns flaky/reddish and the makeup cracks and it's not pretty. With this serum, it just feels smoother and more moisturized all day. And it's not too pricey! I'm going to try other products by this brand!

runs out in one month
This is a nice serum, very hydrating and nice for sensitive skin but the bottle doesn’t work properly and then u run out of it in a month just using a pea size dropof it every day

Soothing Serum
This is wonderful! It was time for a reorder of my Dr Jart Ceramidin Cream (4th time) and I decided to try this serum for the first time. I’ve tried the liquid and I liked it, but this actually FEELS better. It is hard to explain but upon application I feel a soothing relief. I love it. I highly recommend it!

Very drying !
Very drying for my skin. Does not feel moisturizing or smoothing when it goes on. Plus the pump does not work half the time. Did not like how my skin felt after putting on, as I expect to feel moisturizing. Returned.

Great facial product!
It took awhile to get as it ships from Japan but this stuff is amazing. Really helps fill in wrinkles and smooth out skin. Will definitely keep using. I’m a big fan of all Dr Jarts products!
