After wearing these for a couple of hours I could feel the benefit, after a couple of days wear my pain in my feet was almost completely gone. I had suffered constantly for the past 2 months or so - huge amount of pain in the morning which subsided throughout the day but was ever present.......with these I feel so much better when getting up in the morning, no more hobbling to the bathroom!!!

On a recent hiking holiday, my plantar faceitis returned and I was in severe pain. I ordered these insoles to be sent to my holiday cottage to tide me over. Although not as good as my usual ones (from Superdrug) they provided some welcomed relief.

Superb Insoles

Brilliant product. I've got flat feet and got these to correct minor posture issues (when doing squats people with flat feet tend to have a suboptimal position that leeds to knee wear (&pain). The insoles fit perfectly and squatting with them feels great!Not one to leave a review (like ever) but that is genuinely a good product and is crazy cheap.

At first it was painful but persevere a couple of days and your feet become accustomed. They did sort the plantar fasciitis for a couple of months at which time I started with the same symptoms I had to start with. I can only conclude that the support on the arch had deteriorated. So, they were great for the short time they worked but I will now look elsewhere for what has better longevity.

The build quality of this product feels very cheap, like a hardened version of polystyrene. It is very firm! However, the worst part is that is has a very pronounced curvature towards the front of the orthotic and due to its firmness it is very very uncomfortable whilst I walking giving me pain and discomfort (used in normal foot which doesnt have plantar fasciitis)! The reason being because this area being so curved and firm feels like a hard lump under the arch of your foot which presses and restrict the tendons running through your arch in the normal dorsiflexion of your foot whilst walking! They are very cheap and this is reflected by the poor shock absorption of the foam - I shall be sticking to gel insoles with silicone/gel heel support, which help so much with my plantar fasciitis in my other foot (left foot). From my experience and knowledge those insoles that have a hardened cradle on the underside with gel insole solicone/gel heel, which cup and cushion your heel offer the best support and relief for plantar fasciitis.

I had to return orthotic 3/4 length insoles that cost five times as much as these because they were so narrow they came within only 1/4" of the sides of the shoes in the critical heel area allowing them to just slide around. I ordered the 9-10 UK size of theses Pro 11 insoles for size 8.5 normal G width shoes - and the fit is perfect - they stay in place held perfectly in the heel. They also support my arch perfectly in shoes which are otherwise too flat, making them comfortable at last. Very pleased.

I bought these so I could easy swop then from shoe to shoe. Not bad seem to do the job. And has help with some pain with some of my shoes I was finding painful. Its not stopped it but it has helped I would recommend to give this a go.
