First Smart Ring purchase was worth it
I was hesitant to purchase a smart ring but I found out about the Ultrahuman app and there is no monthly subscription. That was the major reason I bought the ring and I am incredibly happy with it

Save your money. Only works for a while and they have horrible Customer Service Support
I have my ring for barely a month and it suddenly stopped collecting data. The ring is connected to the app and all the sensors are perfectly working but no data is showing up. I've done all the troubleshooting but nothing worked and the Customer Service Support is very slow. App Chat says 1 min wait time but I got a response only hours later without a resolution in sight. They didn't even respond back after my last response. I really regret buying this ring now. I guess this is the downside of not having a subscription model even though I bought their UH X plan. You get what you pay for. Oh, and the light on the charger broke after a day so it's always a guessing game for me if it's charging or not. Data specially the step counts are way way off too!

Promising but only for a month
I got this ring after the hype on the internet. While promising at first, the ring stops connecting to the app after a month of use. It was after the return window so I reached out to Ultrahuman support who sent me a replacement ring which has also stopped syncing after a month. I will not recommend this product, at least not until they have fixed their quality issues.

I buy it last November and it was working perfectly and now not working at all i use it only for 3 months now why !!!!
