Q: Can these be used with rapeseed wax

I would imagine so and they were a good buy.

Sorry I do not know what they were waxed with.

Q: What size are these wicks? I find them make my candles tunnel..

I found that they dont burn the candle down evenly if the container is wider than say, a jam jar. I read that wicks come in 2 types and they cover a certain diameter when burning so its important that the right wick is used for the right size candle. Use 2 wicks for larger containers. sorry I have not measured them so dont know the size.

I don’t know if they have changed the way the candle wicks are made, I have had mine quite a while & I do not have a problem with them. Sorry I cannot be of more help. The only thing I can think of is that your candles are too big. When I make a bigger candle I use two or three wicks depending on the size of the mould.
