This plug worked perfect for adding lighting to my utility trailer. Having the hole saw in the kit was a perfect idea, whoever cale up with that. Took me longer to find my drill than it did to install this and it went on perfect. Seals good and is strong. Worth the money and really looks professional too. A+ I say.

Item can in a large bubble pack. Its box was damaged but more importantly the stuff didn't seem to fit in the box. Seemed like it was opened and everything was shoved back in. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Would be 5 otherwise. Heavy duty rubber. Seems well manufactured. All you need is a drill and a screwdriver bit. Unit comes with a hole saw. Popped it on my drill picked my spot and drilled into the side of my 20ft trailer. Then installed the above item. On the inside the unit has a small dongle which I plug into a power strip. On the outside I plug in an extension cord which runs to my garage. Seems to be waterproof and with all the rain we've had lately it appears to be holding up well.

Needed an outlet for my porch, found this and was able to use this for an outlet from my shed to the back porch for my smoker. Works great and no longer need to use an extension cord!

This is exactly what I needed for the onboard battery charger on my Jeep. Everything you need for installation except a drill was included. There was a 2 inch hole saw, screws and two cable clamps. The AC port plug is made from a heavy plastic with a rubber washer and a rubber plug for waterproofing when not in use. The rubber plug fits into it's opening very securely and I'm not too concerned with it coming out when driving. The included hole saw easily cut through my fender liner with no problems. If you need to drill through steel you will probably need a better hole saw. The hardest part of the installation was checking behind the fender liner to make sure there was nothing behind it that could be ruined by the hole saw. Before installing this I would have to unlock and unlatch the hood every time I wanted to use the charger. Now all I have to do is plug it in. I'm very happy with this port plug and should have done this long ago.
