Commercial locking door handle with occupancy indicator
These commercial size locking door handles were what I needed to replace broken door handles in the bathrooms of three of the restaurant locations I work for. As these are for commercial uses, they will not fit in the typical residential usage which is good to keep in mind if you want to use them that way. As I have a few more locations that I need to replace the handles in, hopefully the longevity will be good for these items.

Fully functional but need improvments.
The instruction is not very easy to follow due to the poorly printed paper. The lock is much bigger than residential one and need dig extra hole to fit this lock. Anyway, once installed, it is fully functional as intended be.

Commercial vacant/in-use
Although this handset is commercial, I installed it on my guest bathroom door to assist my guests who stay with us on occasion. Turns out to be quite the novelty. The handle should have been a 10-minute job as it fits the holes fine, but while I was installing it, the locking shaft between the inside and outside handles fell out. Totally my fault for not paying attention. The rest of the installation went smoothly once I got it back in place. The bathroom is at the end of the hallway, so it can be seen as in use without walking to the door.Overall, the handle works very well, the price is comparable to most high-quality handsets, and it's quite the conversation piece.

Only lasted 4 weeks!
The media could not be loaded. After few uses, used in a church on Sundays only, the inside lever is disconnected. No customer support or replacement options. People got locked inside so now we can't use that restroom.
