Freshwater Salt System Cartridge (3)

These are the exact cartridges that I usually purchase from my local spa supply shop for my Hot Spring Grandee. It’s so much more convenient to order them and have them shipped to my door!

I bought this 3-pack in April. The first cartridge only lasted about a month and a half. The second cartridge lasted about that long as well. I didn’t even bother with the third and can’t get a refund on the $300 I paid for these since it’s been too long. No wonder they were cheaper than the others who are selling these.

Arrived quickly and price is reasonable

Product was causing inaccurate Salt readings on Hot Tub display. One day normal, next day, Salt way too low. Readings would fluctuate daily. I manually used test strips to check Salt readings and always normal range. Hot Tub Manufacturer stated they heard of similar issues with Amazon purchased product due to China made low quality. Not up to same quality standard of US made product.

Cartridge worked for one week then tub chlorine readings abruptly went to zero. Had to go to local hot springs dealer for replacements which I should’ve done in the first place as they’re actually less expensive there ($250 compared to $300). Past the window for return on Amazon. Convenience doesn’t beat quality in this case as I’ve read other reviewers with similar experiences. Don’t buy these online.

Good product but seems pretty expensive for just 3 cartridges.

I purchased a three pack. The first cartridge lasted about two weeks and failed to generate chlorine. The second cartridge lasted a week. I’m purchasing direct from my local dealer from now on as their cartridges last me 5+ months of usage. By the way, the seller on my Amazon transaction showed up as “ kunmingkuankousanshangmaoyouxiangongsi”.

Cartridge was defective. We had to call our dealer and he had to reset our board and put in a new cartridge from their store in order for it to work. Do not recommend buying from this company.
