I purchased this for my favorite pair of Haflinger slippers, which are made of wool. The bottoms of the slippers come with some anti-slip paw prints that eventually fade away and no longer prevent sliding. After almost wiping out on my hardwood floors a few days ago, I knew I had to do something.This stuff is working great for my slippers so far. I took two pieces and cut them in half and put a 1/2 sheet for the upper foot and the other 1/2 sheet went in the heel area. Worked like a charm for these wool bottom slippers, can’t say for sure how well it would work for hard sole shoes. The adhesive feels very strong and I would think this stuff would be great for hard soles too.It was easy to peel off the paper back and apply, the price is reasonable and it’s saving me from having to throw out a pair of well needed indoor only slippers. I would definitely recommend this for any type of shoe. I should add that I also purchased gorilla glue just in case this wouldn’t stick to the bottoms but no glue was needed. These stuck immediately and have been a huge help. There will be no more slipping on the wood floors wearing these slippers, thanks to this stuff.

Wanted to use them on slippery pair of slippers. I had cut two pieces for each slipper thinking I’d get the most use this way. They are very thick and added an uncomfortable lump on the sole. They also didn’t stay on long before they fell off. Would not recommend.

Use these on the heel of my booties that have a hard plastic for the heel. They were super loud on all types of floors when I walked, and the only heel silencer stuff I could find were for thin heels and not large block heels. So I got these they are easy to put on just trace the heel peel and stick, my shoes are so more quiet now! They stick well to the shoe and stick better after walked on for a bit and I had to double up and it stuck to itself just as good as it sticks to the bottom of the shoe.

Unfortunately, even with careful cleaning the surface, and even a little sanding with super-fine sandpaper these appliqués fall off in a couple of weeks.

This was an item that I was looking for. I had a pair of sneakers that were still in good conditions, but the sole has been worn and make walking on carpet was a little dangerous. Now, with these items, I will be able to get more life out of my shoes and not have to worry about slipping when on carpet or other surfaces that may be a little slick.Thank you for giving my shoes back so I do not have to through my shoes away!!!!

Good quality. Can be cut with scissors in shape that is needed. Heavy duty. Very useful and handy to have. Used it under the base of a walking cane and it doesn’t slide anymore. Great for soles of shoes.

I recently bought some unique shoes online that were pretty cheap (should have been my first red flag), big platform creepers that would give me height without the discomfort of wearing heels for hours. Well, when they arrived everything looked fine - except the platform was hollow and completely made of smooth plastic. I put these shoes on and tried to walk on our wood floors and ended up slipping and sliding like I was on roller skates, absolutely NO traction. I didn’t want to throw them out because the were still cute shoes (I just... literally couldn’t wear them anywhere.), and resigned myself to just lookin’ at ‘em. But then my friend recommended adhesive shoe treads! I had never heard of anything like that and I’m so lucky I chose this brand! I cut out pieces to fit the sole and now I can walk in my creepers like a normal human being who isn’t scared of accidentally doing the splits because their shoes are too slippery.

DO NOT BUY!!! The pads slid odd the bottom of my shoes. Once there was any debris on the pads they became slippery. Just by walking outside my house for a few minutes I noticed dirt, sand, grass stuck to the pads and when I went back inside the shoes were just as slippery as before. The pads were easily removable so the adhesive is not very good.

This product works really well! Thick rubber feel and was quite easy to work with. Has a peel and stick backing to easily add to the bottom of your shoes and as you see in the pictures it's not very obvious from the sides when you wear them. I had these boots that didn't have any grip at all on the bottom so it felt like I'd slip at any moment. These anti-slip soles made them feel so much better when I tested them by walking around my house - no more penguin walking in fear of slipping. I used up 3 sheets in total though and there are only 5 per box so keep that in mind. They're a bit pricier than some of the other options on Amazon but I do prefer being able to customize the shape to fit my shoes.Happy with my purchase overall since my boots are now wearable and they feel real solid. Will probably be my go to for any other shoes that might need this.Just an fyi, I used sandpaper to sand the bottom of my boots a bit since I read somewhere that it can help with the sole staying on more firmly. Not sure if it's true but working well so far.

I stuck the rubber sole treads (after cutting to a rough shape) to my shoes. They have made my Polo casuals less slippery than they were before. I guess that they have done there job BUT I would have thought that they would have made them just a bit more grippy on smooth floors.

Quality of anti slip is good. The pad is quite thick but you don't notice it once on the shoes. Fairly easy to cut with good scissors. If you want to pad both the front and heal of the shoe, one pad may not be enough for a pair of shoes.

Works ok but it is not wide enough for men’s soles ,only for women’s shoes. Suggest 3 bits of same size in lieu of the 5 small ones supplied (2 for the soles and one for the heels.
