Crane Bell Mini Suzu Brass Bicycle Bell with Die Cut Mount

I love this item because it looks cute but also rings (nicely and) loud enough to grab people's attention on busy London streets. I'm from Osaka where this chirin-chirin (bike bell) is from, and as a proud Osakan, I can tell you that this product is worth getting because Crane Bell is based in the home of quality ironworks.

The bell and striker are very well made, look lovely, and the brass produces a lovely clear, loud note (NB the silver version of this bell is aluminium, i imagine that it may have less pleasing tone)The best thing for me, however, is that I wanted to mount this bell on my stem. I already had the Acor bell that looks similar, with different (less effective) type of striker that fatigued and fell off after a few months, but that comes mounted to a replacement stem spacer. Crane make this type of mount too but only in silver, not black, which matches my (and most) headsets.Pleased to say i was able to easily unscrew the old acorn bell from its spacer and unscrew this bell from its clamp (it was quite stiff but does come off) and then screw this one into the spacer (bell and clamp undamaged). It works a treat!!I know that vela orange also sell spacers that take bells separately and imagine that these would also work with this bell. Acor Spacer Bell: Black Clamp

THis is a lovely item: looks attractive, is sturdy and has a great loud and resonant 'ting'. Ideal. Fitting is sturdy and plenty wide enough for my hybrid bike handlebar. Worth spending a few extra pounds on something of quality rather than the usual cheap rubbish mini bells that break after two minutes.....

Got this bell for her indoors. Many brownie points won.Very well made indeed. Worth every penny. Looks great on the handle bars and has a wonderful, musical ping.

Wow! This not only looks cool, very shiny, but sounds fantastic. This bell is the best I have personally heard. I have read write ups about Carne bells and they are certainly not wrong, being one of the best sounding and looking bells money can buy. They also represent good value for money. Easy to fit also makes this a winner.

Amazing that you can buy something so well engineered for just a few pounds. Looks great and has a sonorous ring with a long decay time. Small size is fine.

Die Klingel ist sehr wertig verarbeitet. Der Ton ist sehr hell, lang klingend und auch laut und gut wahrnehmbar. Ein echtes Highlight das auch optisch Akzente setzt.

Reçue ce midi, installée ce soir, parfait.La fixation est clairement robuste, le son est puissant, personnellement, je la trouve également très belle.On sent que c'est une pièce de qualité qui devrait durer sans soucis.

Prodotto di ottima costruzione, emette un suono molto forte e anche le persone a piedi nelle ciclabili si girano subito, semplicissimo da installare e usare, basta tirare la leva e rilasciarla per sentire uno squillante suono rétro, pienamente soddisfatto.

Se trata de un producto de calidad, bien acabado, con un timbre muy nítido y de aspecto clásico. Estéticamente es francamente bonito, si bien debería mejorarse la proporción entre la campana y la estructura del anclaje, pues la vista de todo en conjunto resta sentido de la proporción al timbre. Merece mucho la pena.
