I've been taking this saw palmetto supplement to see whether it can ease symptoms of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH); some studies suggest it can help, while others suggest it may not. I frankly don't know at this point. However, the capsules are small and easy to swallow, I've experienced no side effects, and this brand seems to offer good value in relation to some others. I note that the suggested dose on the label (three capsules, or 3,600 mg) is quite a bit higher than the suggested dose in everything I've read, although, again, I've experienced neither side effects nor noticeable change in symptoms. As with many supplements, it's always a good idea to check with a qualified physician to rule out more serious problems.

I take 2 daily as a regimen.

En muy buen estado lo recomiendo

3 capsules per day for 3600mg is too much so I just take one per day for 1200mg and they work just fine. of course this can vary person to person but for me they last three times as long using one per day. Will order again when supply runs out.
